Return Time Frame
- Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
Condition of Product
- The product must be in usable condition.
- Products with major damage, excessive use, or missing packaging may not be accepted.
Refund Method
- Refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
- Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be issued to your account within 7 working days after the return has been approved.
Return & Refund Charges
- If the mistake is from the seller’s side, full refund will be processed.
- If the return is due to customer’s choice or reason, 50% delivery/handling charges will be deducted.
Non-Returnable Items
- All items are returnable under the above conditions.
Exchange Policy
- Exchange is allowed within 7 days.
- Customers will need to pay 50% delivery charges for exchange requests.
