At FS SPOT, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange as per the following terms and conditions:

Return Time Frame

  • Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.

Condition of Product

  • The product must be in usable condition.
  • Products with major damage, excessive use, or missing packaging may not be accepted.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be issued to your account within 7 working days after the return has been approved.

Return & Refund Charges

  • If the mistake is from the seller’s side, full refund will be processed.
  • If the return is due to customer’s choice or reason, 50% delivery/handling charges will be deducted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All items are returnable under the above conditions.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is allowed within 7 days.
  • Customers will need to pay 50% delivery charges for exchange requests.
